Message: The guys at Forest Heights Shell absolutely ROCK! They are ethical, fair on value to their clients, helpful, and always give top notch service. I trust them to service all my family's vehicles, and I go out of my way to fill up at the station.

Message: Great oldstyle gas station they check oil, tires and fluids at the full service island. They have mechanics and actually work on cars. The attendants have always been friendly.

Message: Absolutely love this place. Everybody there is so kind and helpful. My car has had so many problems this last year and I am absolutely useless at car talk. They always talk me through what needs to be fixed and help give me options on what to do next. I almost always get my car back the day I drop it off. They are also within walking distance so it’s easy accessibility. I don’t know what I’d do without these guys!

Message: Always great and quick service. I work next door, so its really easy and convenient for me to drop my car off while I'm at work and leave it there all day, but they rarely take longer than an hour. Grateful for quality service and great value in the Heights!

Message: This is a great spot. I have been visiting this location for about 3 years. Its a quick place to gas up, they will even pump your gas for you if you like. They have sodas, snacks, and ice inside. Everyone is always very friendly and makes you feel at home. I didnt realize how wonderful they are until I had them service my car.. My car was leaking fluid and the oil was bone dry. I had 2 handy guy friends look at it and both told me to tow it. I really didnt want to tow my car in the Heights Theatre parking lot so I called Shell and they sent someone out within 30 minutes to look at it. He filled me up with oil (for free) did a small diagnosis, (recommended me towing it, but I like to push limits). When I got to Shell they lifted my car up and found the source of the problem (for free as well). They were able to fix my leak, and I had them replace front and back breaks too. They did it all last minute on a Friday and I had my car back by 5:15 PM (perfect timing! ). I have never had such a smooth car maintenance experience. These guys are amazing!

Message: Only place in little does "old fashioned" complete full service. I rest easier knowing place values me and my family mostly amazing place.. Was time i couldn't get fuel late @ night downing feeling i couldn't simply use cc get fuel. After hours in a pinch that frustrating not sure after-hours fueling problem been addressed or not.. Can't think friendly customer service station in whole of little where remember regular customers.. Keep up good work.
