Message: My radiator fan wasn't working after I had already changed out both the radiator fan and the accompanying module (circuit breaker). My technician isolated the problem and put it in good working order. I think Riser Harness Ford in Searcy has superb service. Consistently fine service every time!

Message: Everybody was really nice but it seems like nobody knows what's going on. We've had a couple of cars with recalls that we've taken in. And the last one that was, nobody called to say that the car was ready. And when we called to check on it the next day it took them a few minutes to find it and then when we went up there to get it it took a few minutes again because it seems like nobody knows what's going on. I think there needs to be a lot of communication skills worked on.

Message: Took my husband’s car in for transmission issues. The service is good, but the quote was over $1, 500 more than multiple other places. Also, trying to get through to the service department is so difficult. It took calling 4 times to even get a hold of someone in service, so we could tell them the tow truck was coming to transport the car elsewhere. We’ve had good work done here in the past, but they seem overwhelmed and the lack of communication can be frustrating.
